called for appointment to fixed an outlet in our company and schedule for 11/08 between 8am -10am window and never showed up waited for a week and 1/2 for this appointment and never showed called them on 11/9 to left message they called back and had no record of it but did remember talking to me and I asked if they can come because I was not able to wait any longer and David said call someone else Wow!!! very unprofessional
