Everyone was very friendly. Their waiting room is awesome, clean and very spacious. We went on a Saturday morning and we were finished in about 45 minutes. Looking forward to our next Service appointment!

This is a follow up to my previous review of my first time experience at Toyota of Montgomery service dept. In a nutshell it was horrible! I received a response to my complaint by the service manager, Joel Love, who was very apologetic and listened to my concerns. He asked if I would be interested in bringing my vehicle back in for service. So I told him that I will bring my vehicle in next week. I want to thank Mr. Joel Love, Service Manager, for reaching out to me promptly and resolving this issue .
My favorite salesman is back! The entire vibe is better!
