TERRIBlE service!!!Came by today for oil change, tire rotation and $39.95 offer for wash and detailing of my 2023 Tacoma. While we were waiting, technician came by to tell me truck was being washed. Wash and detailing not performed. I assume oil change and rotation performed because no sticker on windshield to remind me of next oil change. Checked oil when got home and it was clean; at leasst that was done. Will not consider ever again using your dealership for service.
My encounter with staff was great! Mr. Bozeman was very customer service oriented. My wait time was not long.
