Service department took 6 hours to perform a tire rotation and wheel alignment on my vehicle and did not properly communicate delays during the long wait. I will not be returning to this location for service.

I brought my 2025 Toyota Camry SE in today for my 10,000-mile Toyota Care Platinum service (oil change and tire rotation). Unfortunately, every experience I’ve had at this dealership has been disappointing, and today was no exception. The wait time was extremely long—over two hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. I am so grateful they now have Joel who is improving the service center. My first experience was horrible, but Joel corrected things in no time to be sure I was taken care of. Went today for an oil change and things went wonderful. Hayden was very friendly, helpful and professional checking me in. Joel is very compassionate & truly cares that you are taken care of.
