Decided to call Reinhardt last weekend for a outside-hours(Saturday morning) call out to check on our furnace that had shut down and wasn't coming back on. Tech arrived within the hour but just did a reset on the furnace which came back on and left after 20 minutes, recommending a different furnace filter, for a +300$ fee. When it acted up again this week, we called Arrow Plumbing and Heating who sent a technician who came and did an actual thorough inspection, and told us that the flame sensor was dirty and is a standard ch... read more
