Decided to call Reinhardt last weekend for a outside-hours(Saturday morning) call out to check on our furnace that had shut down and wasn't coming back on. Tech arrived within the hour but just did a reset on the furnace which came back on and left after 20 minutes, recommending a different furnace filter, for a +300$ fee. When it acted up again this week, we called Arrow Plumbing and Heating who sent a technician who came and did an actual thorough inspection, and told us that the flame sensor was dirty and is a standard ch... read more

I had a drip on the back yard outside tap, even when the valve was closed. The fix was to replace the valve from the inside, and it was in a very tight corner with not a lot of space to work. Bo did the work, and considering the tight workspace, I was completely impressed with the quality of the work. Thank you, Bo, for fixing this, as now I can use my underground sprinklers. Great job!!
