My parents furnace was not working, they called Reinhardt yesterday morning and they were told they'd be there in the afternoon. By 5pm no one was there yet, they texted, called the emergency line and had to leave a voicemail. Here we are more than 24 hours later, 3 days without the furnace, and NO ONE bothered showing up or even contacting my parents back!! Common decency to at least call back to say you can't make it or return your calls. Disgusted by the lack of professionalism or respect!
