Dr Sarah is the best!
I actually would like to give a no star rating because Reinhardt Family Practice apparently doesn't believe in 2nd chances, but it wouldn't let me post this if I didn't give at least a 1star rating. I had an appointment there that I needed to reschedule, I tried to call to reschedule and after awhile I just gave up because I was on hold forever waiting for someone to answer the phone.
Dr Sarah, you broke my heart!
I started going to this practice long ago when Lynn the NP was there. She was great. After she left I was tossed between doctors and misdiagnosed by 2 of them. This office used to really do things and hold on to patients vs refer out for everything. I sat in misery for months to be told two different times by local specialists that my work up was sub par and the diagnosis was wrong. I have been going here for a very long time but after Dr. Levi delozier left to practice. I was given to another doctor. I had a bad experience I forgotten her name but she is the daughter of doctor Reinhardt. She doesn't really listen to your problems. She talks about more about herself and then every time I leave the office I feel like I left with no resolution.
