I started going to this practice long ago when Lynn the NP was there. She was great. After she left I was tossed between doctors and misdiagnosed by 2 of them. This office used to really do things and hold on to patients vs refer out for everything. I sat in misery for months to be told two different times by local specialists that my work up was sub par and the diagnosis was wrong. I have been going here for a very long time but after Dr. Levi delozier left to practice. I was given to another doctor. I had a bad experience I forgotten her name but she is the daughter of doctor Reinhardt. She doesn't really listen to your problems. She talks about more about herself and then every time I leave the office I feel like I left with no resolution. Been trying to call to see if they were accepting new patients. You're on hold forever and no one answers the phone. Tried for a few days and just gave up.
Wonderful doctor.. caring knowledgeable, cant say enough good
First visit was with Nurse Practitioner Matt Patell. It went terrible. Would think first visit would be more of a get to know you and family history. It was more of a rude attitude from him and my opinion didn't mean anything. Think he is more interested in being a mini me John where hollering and being rude is ok !! He told me he wanted me to walk 10,000 to 20,000 steps per day which I can but don't come back complaining about the pain because the pain will go away.
