Myself and my salesman took my car to them right after purchasing due to an incident that happened in detail before taking it off of Toyotas lot. They took me right in & fixed my issue within an hour. My issue was fairly minor, so I’m sure other time frames may vary and be more lengthy, but I was so happy that they were able to fix my issue in this time frame.
