In May 2023, Jon came to give me an estimate and plan for rebuilding my pond waterfall. He told me it would be 3 weeks before he could do the work. I sent him texts with some information he requested. NEVER heard from him again, even after multiple texts. Ghosting is not a good business model.
Jon is the owner. He is very professional in everything he does; a pleasure to work with. The work they completed was simply beautiful. We are very happy with the outcome of our landscpe project. These guys are great!!
