Honestly, my experience with Reinert and Bender was really disappointing. The customer service was horrible, and I felt like nobody really cared about my situation or even took the time to listen to my concerns. $1067. THATS HOW MUCH THEY CHARGED ME FOR TWO NIGHTS IN THEIR LOT. THEY CHARGE YOU INCREDIBLY BOGUS FEES. GATE FEE, AN ENTRY FEE, ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANUP FEE. ABSOLUTE NONSENSE. INITIALLY, THEY TOLD ME $450 FOR THE TOW, AND WHEN I GET THERE IN PERSON, THEY UPPED IT TO $489. THEY TOLD ME $55 PER NIGHT, BUT IN PERSON, THEY UPPED IT TO $75. If only there was a zero star, but unfortunately there isn’t. One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had dealing with a business. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic consideration was beyond disappointing. They made an already stressful situation unnecessarily difficult from start to finish. There is absolutely no excuse for making customers go through this much trouble.
Didn't get service but your guy stopped to check on us! We had family helping us out. Didn't catch his name but give him a thank you. Really loved that he stopped & checked us. Nowadays not many will do that
Electrical issues with my truck, needed a flatbed to get the truck from my house to dealership. Josh was great, wanted to take the time to assure nothing was damaged during the loading of my truck, and even waited for me to complete paperwork at the dealership to give me a ride to work a few miles away. And half the price I was quoted by a competitor! Thank you!
