Really fast response time, arrived on time, did a great job. Would definitely call again for future needs.
Until today I was a employee of Reiner electric. This company is one of the best that I have ever worked for. The only reason I left the job is I found something closer to home. Rob is the fairest company owner that I have met. He sees his customers as people and not just dollars sign. The rest of the crews he has working for him are excellent electrician's. I would recommend this company to anyone because of my experience there.
Good/fair rates, good on starting, meh on finishing timeframe, needed to keep asking for when worker would arrive, needed to keep asking about details of the bid/job, needed to ask about the clean-up (wrappers, scraps, screws, etc left behind), good to so-so on the appearance of the finished work, so-so on "details" overall, even after the repeated communication for what would be done or not, worker still missed a couple things. Very professional and quick response time. The electrician Josh, was very knowledgeable and informative as he was fixing the issues. The value was very cost effective and transparent.
