We dropped our travel trailer off yesterday thinking they would have it for at least a week (time to order in parts, etc.); we were called in less than 24 hours to come and verify the repairs were made to our satisfaction. Rob Cummins is committed to excellent service. Rob went over and above many times to insure I was totally satisfied. He researched items for me that I was not expecting until all of my questions were answered. I just purchased a new Flagstaff trailer knowing I can rely on Rob, Jack and the Reineke Team!
My first purchase of a pop up camper and I loved it! When there was a service issue with my used camper every single person there responded with excellent customer service going over and above in helping make things right! I will recommend them to anyone and when I am ready to buy my next, this is the place I will go to!
