We traded our travel trailer in on a fifth wheel. Todd and the crew made the process simple and quick. We took our time looking around at several locations before we came back and got our Keystone Alpine. For a used camper (2022), it's in immaculate condition. Very satisfied with our experience!
Todd was an absolute lifesaver to us as went spent hours and hours searching for the perfect camper. He is very patient, knowledgeable and never pushed us to select one model over another. He gets 5 stars for his overall performance. Thank you Todd!
We dropped off our trailer camper on 5/13 for hub work. My husband began calling 2 weeks later to get an update. No one returns calls, said they'd call back etc. Now it's been 17 business days after numerous calls. Finally called the dealership to get thru. Still got the run around, they had no idea which camper was ours. We called and said we're leaving tomorrow we're coming to get it. Small business feel. Smooth process. Low pressure. From the point you walk in you feel welcomed by Lisa who was happy to help. Followed by Todd who is down to earth and knowledgeable about the campers. We recommend seeing Todd. We brought our kids along and Todd and Lisa were like their new family.
