Todd was very nice. He was very helpful for the whole sale. Always responded when we needed to talk to him, always called back right if he missed the call. The whole sell was great experience. We recommend them if you’re interested in getting a camper. They also do awesome work on tinting windows. So I also recommend you to get your tinting done here too.
Todd helped our family find our first camper and we couldn’t be happier. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything simple from start to finish. Thanks for helping us get started on our camping adventures!
I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the guys at Reineke in Tiffin and Toledo. We live in Tiffin and had two warranty issues with our 2025 Sunset Trail (Keystone.) Jake and Rob killed it by helping us through the claim with the manufacturer, and made the process easy for me to understand. Jake is the man and I would recommend these guys to anyone buying and servicing their RV. Thanks guys!
The team at Reineke in Tiffin were awesome to deal with. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They worked very hard to ensure all my issues were addressed. I would highly recommend them if you need any work done on your RV.
I had to get my 2010 keystone worked on. I call the service department and Robert was very awesome to speak with. He got me in asap and got the work done fast. And then Jake called me and gave me all the info of what's was done. I have never had an amazing response from any other people I've dealt with in my pass.
