My sales man Todd is the only reason for 1 star. He was amazing, I bought the camper in April of 2024, they were replacing a window and wall in the bedroom due to a leak. They brought it and dropped it off when it was finished. Battery was shot, outdoor speakers were fuzzy, and a soft spot in the bathroom wall due to the previous leak. Great service, just took awhile to finalize my purchase due to some issues with the dealership computers. Todd and Lisa were very helpful. Did a full run through on a used unit I was buying and caught that the fridge wasn’t working and had it fixed on site. Financing and papers took awhile but they put on a new battery and propane tank in the meantime and paid for my lunch during the wait. Great dealership overall and friendly staff.
We are really happy with our experience with Reineke RV of Tiffin. They found us the exact camper we were looking for and we are pleased with our price and trade-in value. The entire purchase process went smoothly. Craig and Todd & their whole team were great to work with. We will definitely do business with them again.
