I will never buy a car here again. The finance manager was rude, condescending, and just a straight up bully. I refused the extended warranty 8 times. She refused to sell me the vehicle without it. I should have walked away at that point. I did cancel the extended warranty right after purchase, four months ago, yet still have not received the money back. My husband Ben recently went to Reineke and we have to give a huge shout out and thanks to Robert, Ted, and Kenny for taking great care of us and our camper. My husband went in concerned about the sway while towing, and they took the time to carefully adjust the weight distribution setup and make sure everything was working correctly. Worst experience I’ve ever had and looking back I should have walked away! I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and the first clue should have been that they refused to give me a service report on it. Then the salesman and manager say there is an open recall on it not a big deal. Then the financial lady tells me there is no open recalls so I tell her that I was told that it had one she then proceeds to tell me I’m wrong multiple times and makes me sign a paper saying it has no open recalls.
