Bruce and his company do a great job. He’s my go to guy for kitchens as I recommend him to all our clients and always good feedback.
We ordered custom cabinet inserts and we are so pleased with how they turned out. Bruce was super easy to work with, came out to take measurements & painted the color we picked out. Timing was great, a few weeks for a custom order. We did not have them install them but they were very easy to slide in to the pocket in the wall. Will be using Reinders for some kitchen modifications in the near future! Thank you!
Zero customer service skills. Never communicated that they would be on vacation (we found out through an auto-reply), delayed things for over a week. Our cabinets were the wrong colour, and they hadn't bothered to provide a mock-up to review/approve prior to production. They pretty much ghosted us when we asked what could be done to remedy the situation. They just don't seem to care. We are out a lot of time and money.
