Horrific customer service both at headquarters and local branch. Web orders produce 2 different order numbers, only the email order number is viable, their web account page order number is useless.Waiting over 3-weeks for small order of connectors and nozzles (all in stock when order was placed).

Looking for a FEBCO 765 1 inch valve. Lowes is out of stock but will sell it for $80 when they get it. At least 2 other supply stores sell it online for less than $100 when they have it. Reinders, Inc. is selling it for $200 which explains why have it in stock. Will wait a couple of weeks to pay a reasonable price.
