Building a new house shouldn’t be a hassle. That was not the case with our experience. Almost all window seals had to be replaced before closing that were discovered during final walk through. The main water supply to fridge was off and had to pull it out to access the water to turn on. The entire house was painted in the wrong paint, which we paid an upcharge for better quality paint yet they painted the flat paint. They had to come back and repaint after we moved in.
