Worst decision was using Reinbrecht to build our dream home! Quickly became a nightmare! Nail pops everywhere! Sink handles don’t work. Concrete never fixed like promised. Septic never worked in 2 years. Driveway floods when it rains. Electric fuses blow all the time. Garage door cracked from wall. They get your money and you are left with expensive issues to fix!
Valerie was amazing in our home building process! She was always available for questions and concerns and made sure they were addressed. She made the process from start to finish less stressful and we are so thankful for her! Our building process with Reinbrecht was great. I love how they keep you informed on each step. The communication was great and they were quick to fix anything that needed fixed. My husband and I are very happy with our new home!
Good collaboration between us and reinbrecht. Valerie helped us every step of the way and was always available for response.
