I took the car to have the A/C check and they worked on it and got it to work and 4 months down the road the A/C stopped cooling and I took it again, and because they worked on it before in that short period of time they gave me a discount and is cooling again better than before. I followed my brother's recommendation and it paid off. Fast and reliable I definitely recommend it.

Pésimo servicio al cliente. El dueño se olvida que vivimos en un país capitalista con libre mercado donde el cliente puede escoger el negocio de su preferencia. Hasta donde tengo conocimiento Reinat no tiene un monopolio de taller de reparación de aires acondicionados. El servicio al cliente es tan fundamental como la mano de obra. Nunca olvide que hoy puede estar en la cima, pero la vida es una rueda que da muchas vueltas, al final del día son los clientes quienes mantienen su negocio operando.

They "fixed" my car's AC by installing a new compressor. Three days later it broke again. This time it was a broken evaporator. They "fixed" it and only charged the pieces because it still had guarantee. A week later it broke down again. I lost faith in them and reached out to their competition. The compressor they installed was too small for my vehicle and the evaporator was broken yet again. Had to pay from scratch all over again, but at least this time the competitor did do a good job and actually fixed my car. Will never... read more
