I have always had great experiences with discount tire in the past especially with making appointments. Today I waited an hour and a half and my vehicle wasn’t anywhere near getting into the bay. Appointments are not kept at this location or honored. A walk in was quoted a 1 to 2 hour wait. Same as I was told the estimate completion time with an appointment.
