Been a patient of his for years. When he comes in the room, he makes you feel like you are the ONLY patient he has. Just wonderful!
Dr. Arroyo has been a wonderful physician that I hope to continue to see for many years to come. The problem that I am reviewing here, of which I am sure is not his fault, is that it is nearly impossible and considerably annoying in trying to get someone to answer the phone given the number provided to contact their office. After being on hold for so long that I hang-up is VERY frustrating. This has been going-on for quite a while now and diminishes, to a certain extent, the considerably positive service he provides.
