Might be the best building in Etobicoke.
While the building itself is beautiful, well-designed, and in a great location, the management is absolutely terrible and has made my experience here extremely frustrating from day one. To give you some context, I had scheduled the elevator for my move-in a full month in advance and communicated everything clearly with management. On the day of the move, I showed up with my moving crew and a large truck (which I was paying hourly for), only to find that they had just poured concrete in front of my entire unit. The building looks great and is very functional. What I’m disappointed about is the management. Me and my partner live in one of the units. The air conditioning system isn’t working and the unit is impossible to be in. We sent them an email about it 3 weeks ago. The issue is still not resolved. Upon bringing this up, they keep delaying giving a tentative date and are telling me that it is hot down at the front lobby where they work as well.
