This has a nice little restaurant. I did find it however to be fairly expensive going at $20 a plate for a sandwich with a side of fries. We ordered the Reuben but got another sandwich.. Ii was good but the Reuben would have been better. Quiet and had a nice dining room with a back pub. Several items to select from in their shop and solid deli.
Update, must try their bagels. Better than most I have found around. Also got my pastrami Rubin...of course. Coleslaw is spot on. If you go by it, you will never know what you missed! But more for me!
Arrived there for lunch today with 3 other people. Told it was a 20 minute wait, turned out to be a 45 minute wait. Was served quickly by the bartender and drinks came within 5 minutes. He took our order and waited 30 minutes for the food to arrive. I ordered a pastrami and corn beef Rueben which for $18 was lacking meat. Another persons sandwich was soaked in Cole slaw so much on the Rachel she ordered she had to eat it with a fork and knife because the bread disintegrated from being so soaked. They got me on the counter service suggested tips! I don’t like this part….all eastern foods should be affordable…sigh! 1lb ruggla, 1 small half pound salmon pieces. potato salad and .5 white fish salad $ 71 ! I can afford to make these things at home
