We stopped by Rein Osteria for happy hour and only ordered appetizers and drinks, so I can't really comment on the entrées yet. We had the chicken nachos, bruschetta, buffalo chicken bites, Parmesan fries, and cocktails. Overall, everything was good. The food was tasty.. unfortunately, they brought out our seafood Tower after the main course and the other appetizers... The seafood Tower is more like a tower of ice. there were a couple of two or 3-in lobster tails. six clams six mussels. six shrimp.. Big disappointment
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction following my second visit to your establishment. It is unacceptable that I have now experienced poor service on two separate occasions.
