While spending a few days in the Danbury area, my wife was craving a lobster roll, so a quick search led us to Rein Osteria—and we're glad it did. The restaurant sits in a charming, wooded setting on a hill, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere that this Texan truly appreciated. Lots of room between the tables and not very loud so you can talk to whoever you're having dinner with without any difficulty. The food was excellent. I had the scallops with asparagus and potato and my niece had some sort of ahi tuna bowl. The service was spot on. I didn't have to try to signal to our server, she was there and attentive without being obviously next to us. Lots of free parking.
