Receptionist is a jerk. Also purposely ignored the phone one day when I was calling to schedule an appointment. Lied to me and claimed I was kicked out the practice cause of no shows when I never had one. If they don’t personally like you here, they will treat you poorly. They also prescribe addictive medications to patients who have substance abuse problems even when they’re aware of it. If you want a free Adderall prescription, go here!
I've been a patient of Dr. Rein for 20 years! She is great! She really cares about her patients and I have absolute trust in her. Her support staff, Peg and Ann, are also wonderful. They treat everyone with caring and respect.
I love Dr. Rein and Peggy. However, I will no longer be coming to this office due to the receptionist, Ann. She is unprofessional and rude. This is both In person and in other forms of communications. She once asked me a personal health question in front of the lobby with waiting patients that was none of her business. I had put this aside since I really like Dr Rein, but I no longer can ignore the unprofessionalism.
