I have worked with Ryan Terribile at Regin Center over the last 8 months. The main focus has been on CBT to help work on overcoming negative beliefs and navigating some challenging life circumstances. I have also tried EMDR and I was amazed at how effective it was to not only reduce the effects of remembering trauma, but I've also noticed that when similar traumas happen that would normally trigger a strong emotional response in me, I no longer find that happens. Made an appointment with them a while ago, they cancelled my appointment due to “late” paperwork and have no openings with the provider I scheduled with before, seems odd to me. Like I’m unwanted. Thanks guys.
