My best experience with a contractor, Joe was very easy to deal with and made everything easy, his crew was phenomenal as well; very good at what they do, very happy with them and their work.
Bought our window last year and had trouble with it Called Reims and they contacted the actual window company that sent a repair man who was amazing. He arrived on time and fixed the window quickly and cleaned everything. Very nice man.
I am so happy! REIMS put in a new patio door for me and I couldn't be more excited! They were very professional in every aspect from the personal quote to the finish. Dave, Kyle and Shawn were so wonderful and a terrific team working well together. I would definitely recommend their outstanding work to anyone I know. Thank you guys for working so hard and in unpredictable weather!
We have had Reims not only install all of our windows, but we also had them install a doors. The level of customer service from Joe, Keith and Kevin is excellent. I highly recommend them.
