If i could have a review with 0 stars I would. I placed an order and paid in full for a Dometic Hatch rubber seal on 13 July 2024. Was told it might take 3 months for the rubber seal to come from Germany. Emailed on 7 October 2024 for an update. No reply. Emailed again on 27 March 2025 and still no reply. I would suggest you avoid this company
