Placed an order for a skylight on 29/07/24 and was told it would take 12-18 weeks. I chased it up a few times as I hadn't received any updates. Then I was informed that it would be in stock 3 months after I had ordered (Oct) which is fine. October came and went and still no updates (not fine). Its now been 7 months since placing the order and I still have no idea where my order is. This is pretty poor service.
Experienced contractor in Moss Vale , but seemed under the pump and rushed at end of day . I had ESC installed.
Friendly, professional and proud of their work, as they should be. They did a wonderful job of resealing our van roof, it looks brand new. Highly recommended!
