Excellent mountain bike trails, the only con is somewhat limited tree canopy so not ideal in the summer heat. Trails have a lot of natural obstacles on the blacks, excellent workout and challenge.
I've been out here dozens of times, primarily to run on the trails. There is a great variety of trail conditions to run on, and I can choose shorter and easier or quite long and somewhat technical. These trails are separate from the mountain bike trails, which is nice. These trails are shared with horses, & if the horses come, it's usually earlier in the morning, so be mindful of stepping off and making sure the horses see you and don't get spooked. This was a very lovely spot to visit in Austin with lots of hiking trails, a river for swimming, and large rocks for climbing.
