Great customer service. We had some warranty work with another supplier who wasn't willing to help us out. Reimer believes in the product they sell so they stood behind it!
The garage Tech came within half an hour and was a very reasonable price, would highly recommend!
We worked with a fantastic sales guy named Bud Broesky and he has amazing customer service! He was friendly, easy to work with, and very intentional about focusing on our needs and finding the most cost effective solution for us, we would highly recommend him!!

Technician arrived at 0800 set up very organized. Install done including opener in under 4 hours. Technician also swept garage floor in the area he worked in. Great job#
