Billed for an appointment after my doctor already left the practice. They never called to reschedule with another unknown doctor. Find another practice for your needs.
Dr. Reimer is the best. He is unparalleled in his field. I have the utmost confidence in his ability as a physician. Unfortunately, his staff does not live up to his high standards. The degree of incompetence that a patient is subjected to by his staff is beyond belief.
Totally agree with previous comment about office help. Rude unprofessional. Gave me her wrong name. As a health care provider myself I have never worked with or been spoken too like this person did to me.
Woman who works front desk is the rudest person i have ever spoken to in my life! I will for sure find a new doctor. Takes months to get results then they dont even understand the results. Office is very unprofessional.
