My experience with Reimagine Roofing has been extremely disappointing and concerning from both a professional and ethical standpoint. Projects were routinely done without proper permits, and many roofs were not installed to manufacturer specifications, creating serious warranty and safety issues. I’ve personally seen crews go unpaid, suppliers left with unpaid balances, and homeowners forced to deal with liens even after paying their jobs in full. My review was originally five stars, but 18 months after the original install my roof is leaking. It’s a flat roof with a silicone spray and I paid extra at the time for the best spray material with the extended warranty and it still didn’t last 2 years. They have been extremely slow and uncommunicative when it comes to honoring their warranty. Be aware! Reimagine Roofing did my roof in 2022 and it had a leak immediately after the initial work which was supposedly fixed. The roof is leaking again in the same area since February 2025 and I have been calling every week to get it fixed (it is now October). Another roof contractor inspected the roof and found all kinds of problem with the initial work. I am extremely disappointed with the roof work and the customer service. I will be complaining to the BBB. Please find another roofer for your home.
After the recent heavy rains, we discovered roof leaks on both our home and patio that were starting to cause interior damage.
