We lived for in 14 months. Had heat problems in second winter & took 5x maintenance visit for them to finally bring plumber to fix the pipe. Maintenance came out to fix the toilet after took several submits requests to get and poop never stop coming up bottom onto floor. It was eating the floor & mold was growing on floor from day one & it was not there at your day. It told it was lint however some mold is fuzzy. Genuinely so awful- I have multiple horror stories with this company but ultimately just know that they couldn’t care less about tenants and hardly communicate. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I have the pleasure of working with REimagine as a vendor partner. They have been professional and responsive and I recommend working with them as a renter or a vendor.

This company is horrible. I’m currently renting from them right now- and like other reviews, they only respond if you’re behind on payments. There is no communication. I would not recommend renting this company to anyone
