This company is horrible. I’m currently renting from them right now- and like other reviews, they only respond if you’re behind on payments. There is no communication. I would not recommend renting this company to anyone
I was able to get my CRP from them finally. It seems that their phone number and email that I previously had (as stated on their website) were not working so I wasn’t able to get a response. They were able to get back to me after I saw the email they posted on another review. So it seems the communication issue was due to wrong phone number and email listed on the website - which I recommend them to update otherwise it leads us to contact the wrong number. If you want to pay a dbl deposit then when you no longer want to renew the lease they’ll find any reason to keep it. Months go by without repairs.
I was in direct contact with Dan Schnerk. i believe hes the CEO of the company. He was so responsive and helpful up until i paid to process my application. Then he ghosted us and did not reply to any more emails. Dont waste your time. Take these reviews seriously.
