I have been using Reilly's Rug & Carpet cleaning for over 2 decades. Mostly for rescue pet accidents and the occasional spill. Most of my rugs' value are in sentiment only but I have trusted them with my vintage pieces. So far in my experience all stains have lost to Reilly's skills. My simple advice is that cleaning valuable / vintage pieces is not a hobby, trust the experts. Trying to restore a botched up stain removal (if even possible) will likely be very expensive. My rug came out beautiful!!!
3 oriental rugs were ruined by this company. They are stretched and out of shape. One has sides undone and all had beautiful tassels that are now almost non existent and wavy. I paid over $1,000 to have my rugs ruined.
