Charged me almost 5 times more for this years taxes than last. I was shocked. The bill had no hourly time marked and no hourly rate. Their explanation makes no sense to me and they weren’t able to give me exactly how many hours they spent on my taxes. Transperency is so important when billing. I will not be going back.
