Rachel's classes are fantastic! I really enjoy the breath work, Reiki, and tips. Her zoom classes and info help me to be in tune with myself. I feel grounded and relaxed after her classes. I really like the zoom classes being twice a month, along with additional prompts, since that gives me the tools and support I need to keep up a regular practice and help me all month long. Thank you Rachel!
I love going to see Rachel! I go in about once a quarter and adding this to my practice has helped strengthen my spiritual practice and help me find balance and reset. Basically, it’s a great destressing element. Rachel is great to work with and flexible with booking. And of course, the dancing dog yoga studio location is great!
I did my first ever reiki session with Rachel at Dancing Dogs yoga and it was wonderful! I learned a lot and enjoyed our debrief. I’m looking forward to doing another session!
