Gene Kaplan is a low life scammer that doesnt know anything about the gemstone industry for real. He is trying to be knowledgeable but is an idiot. He takes advantage of his customers who are oblivious that they are being screwed over with significantly overpriced products . Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else but here because they will screw you over with a comforting smile and slick conversation
