My wife, Danielle scheduled an appointment for her wedding and showed up and the place was closed at during her appointment time within opening hours. She had this appointment for months.
me and 2 other girls had a bad experience! One girl left because she was told 30 mins before there was only one girl. We talked in there and was told the same thing ( mind you no one was getting worked on ) when we called, the lady on the phone was rude. Everyone ended up leaving because the girl that was in there wasn’t working on anyone and everyone was just staring at each other.
Fabulous service but insane prices. The service was top notch, but the pricing is out of control. To pay $115 for a gel manicure and a pedicure with tip is absolutely insane. Buyer beware, the gel add-on that is listed for $21 on their website is in addition to their manicure pricing totaling $49 for a gel manicure! Again, insane.
The ladies are polite and nice, but not the most skilled.
