My 15 year old learned jujitsi with Kaine and Liam at Sutherland. They are excellent coaches who provide a fun and relaxed environment and she developed skills and confidence with their patience. Highly recommended for an after school activity.
The classes are amazing. My daughter does the kids classes Tuesday and Thursdays and has come so far in 6 months. The class has taught her self defence techniques and given her a lot more confidence than she had before, all while making new friends. Kaine and Liam are great coaches, very patient and great teachers, and all at a very affordable price. Isabella has said to me multiple times how she loves the class and gets excited to go after school. Highly recommend

Been training here for over a year now and am so glad to have chosen this gym when i moved to Sydney. Kaine’s instruction is world class, able to break down complex systems into simple principles and tailor problem solving solutions to the individual athlete. The best guys and gals in the shire train here and they are all now some my closest mates
The coach Kaine is amazing! Great classes and people at the gym are very supportive!
