highly recommend, Kaine and Liam provided training for our 6 year old daughter and she loved it.
Best Jiu-jitsu Gym in the Shire! Super high level of rolling and really welcoming! Would recommend 10/10
Reign is such an awesome gym to both learn bjj and develop as a competitor. Kaine has some of the best concepts and teaching styles I’ve come across, and the energy inside the gym is relaxed and friendly.
Trained here acouple times, they teach a very good attack style and defensive style. I would 100% recommend coming here to try it out as everyone is friendly and it’s a very good place to learn
