Awesome gym. Owners did a great job organizing the Murph on Memorial Day. Definitely recommend.
I don’t go here but someone in a white Palisade paid for my coffee this morning bc the Dutch line let them go before me… so this place has to be good with nice people like that!
Great gym! The staff is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The workouts are geared for all ages and fitness levels. I highly recommend this gym!
I'm convinced this is a unicorn gym - I don't think I will find another one like it. I am a homeschooling mom with 5 kiddos and was brand new to working out. I went to adult classes two days per week while our kids hung out in childcare, and then I stayed with our youngest two in the childcare room while our 3 oldest did a youth group class right after mine.
