Was referred by a friend when I was looking for a contractor to do work (painting, flooring, backsplash and handyman items) on a new home purchase in December. My window to get the work done in was small, so it was important to find someone who was able to work quickly and efficiently. They went the extra mile to ensure everything I needed done was done on time. The prices were fair and clearly communicated, and I was more than happy with the results!
Poor communication and customer service. In June, this contractor/company was hired by my HOA to do some work in our clubhouse. I observed the work and over time, I inquired whether they did residential work. I was told yes and I waited until the clubhouse was complete to initiate a conversation. By the end of June, I reached out and sent pictures of what I wanted. I was given a date and an approximate time for the service.
