The 2 star rating was a hard decision, because when all goes well - result is good. - 4 star I cancelled my membership today after a year or more of having one. The mobile app made it impossible to send them a communication that i was cancelling. Under contact us - no option to simply cancel. When phoning in to cancel, person was polite, but to my surprise never asked why?
