Horrible experience. Car got damaged and when the manager reviewed the camera footage he stated that it was the machinery that caused it. He then redacted that statement in a follow up email.
The car comes out nice and clean till today. Only complaint I currently have is that they're rug wash isn't available and sometimes some of the vacuum stations aren't working properly. Other than that, the staff is nice and the environment is kept clean mostly. Edit- The floor mat wash is working again. Another inconvenience I've found with this location is they randomly close with no warning leading you to waste time driving there only to figure out they're closed. not free vaccums lmao “free” after wash. i’m not paying for a mid car wash just tk get to the vacuums. go anywhere else
I used to always come here. Had a membership & it’s gone down hill. Multiple times I get there around 5 pm it happen always to be closed when Google says otherwise. Canceled membership & went somewhere else. All the reviews saying it damaged people’s cars and there’s multiplie different reviews about it too..I don’t think I’ll ever come back.
I was a customer for couple months and the machine broke my rear wiper and they said they are not responsible for any damage of my car. I cancelled my monthly subscription and joined my old car wash which is even more cheaper and not have such bad customer service.
