Xochitl is so unprofessional. I had an appt. scheduled at 5 for a facial and she ended up texting me saying she was sorry but she went to urgent care thinking she would have enough time and completely forgot about my appt, she did say she could reschedule me which I was cool with. I honestly wasnt even mad, right when I saw she said urgent care I was totally understanding. My first visit to the spa and was very impressed. Customer service outstanding. Talk through every step of the facial. Spa was very clean
Had a facial with Sandra and I just have to say my experience with her was so amazing my skin felt so much better she was knowledgeable and also have to say her massage was out of this world. All the staff at reign beauty are so sweet I would definitely recommend Reign for all your spa needs!
Very pleasant atmosphere... there services are awesome , facials and body sculpting!
