I can’t say enough good things about my new gym and trainer, Mr.Ross. Yes… he talks A LOT…but that’s honestly part of what makes training with him so enjoyable. "This is a fantastic gym with an impressive variety of equipment that’s always well-maintained. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere; the staff is incredibly welcoming and always happy to walk you through a machine if you’re unsure how to use it. I just moved here from LA and was looking for a great training gym and this place is everything and some. Emily gave me a tour and her and Litzy were amazing. Service A+, hours A+ and a great array of machine offerings. Def recommend.
