I purchased a home that REIG renovated. After living in the home now for 3 months, I have come across multiple issues with the home due to poor craftsmanship and not following building code. We've had gas leaks, furnace/ventilation issues, water faucets installed backwards, sewer back ups, electrical panel not to code, etc. Poor quality craftsmanship and poor quality materials are the name of the game for REIG. Buyers beware. Conduct thorough inspections prior to buying. Our home inspector also failed us IMO.
