We had the pleasure of working with Shawn and AJ on the phone, then Mark met us on Saturday. He was patient and answered all of our questions. It was easily the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. We bought a Honda Odyssey and we love it! I look forward to buying from them again in the future.

Not your average car buying experience, but how it should be. Pros: great people, cars are perfect, prices are fair, no upselling, nice facilities, fast, can trade in anything, cute dog. Notable items: mainly salvage title, no credit card, have to go to notary to get registration, no in-house financing. My wife and I bought a nice Honda Pilot from Shawn back in February. We drove from Richmond, VA to their place and it was well worth the drive. Shawn was great to work with and because we were out of town he met us on Saturday at the shop. There was one small issue, which Shawn and Mark were able to work out with our local dealer and pay them directly for the repair.
