Yesterday on 3/26 I had 11 extractions. The receptionist, the nurses and the doc all made me feel safe and acknowledged my fear and anxiety...for 12 years I had been putting this surgery off or booking appointments an then leaving I found this place an I have never felt so understood...all of you were and are amazing and I can't thank you enough for being my support system when I had none
I drove 2.5 hours to have my tooth extracted by Dr. Reifies because my friends all raved about him. And let me tell you…. WORTH EVERY MILE. I have extreme dental anxiety and he was so kind and compassionate and had incredible chair-side manners. He made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the entire procedure. I had 1 wisdom tooth extracted with local numbing. And he made sure I was completely numb before pulling(my biggest fear) he pulled my tooth within minutes of putting the instrument in my mouth! If I could give Dr. Reifeis and his staff 10 stars, I would. From the time you walk in the front door, until you walk out of it, Dr. Reifeis and his team showed A+ customer service, which is hard to find these days. Every time I called with a concern, they got me in right away. Every staff member is always extremely nice, patient, and pleasant. I went in to get two impacted wisdom teeth removed and Dr Reifeis and his team made the whole process easy and straightforward. I was nervous before going in as I’ve never had surgery like that done before but my questions and concerns were answered and that definitely made all the difference.
