After purchasing a new home; we realized that the heat was not kicking on. Called Reid's up and they were over within the hour to help out. They were very thorough on their troubleshooting and quickly determined that the furnace and thermostat were fine, and was actually break in the wire. At no time did they make me stupid at all for not knowing answers to any questions. I will definitely use their services again, and will eagerly suggest them to others
