Customer service was outstanding! Frank was very personable and knowledgeable. Very fair and competitive pricing as well. If you’re in the market for any appliances, I would highly recommend Reid’s Appliances.

Genuinely I have never been treated with as much disrespect as I was in this store. I was immediately sized up and assumed to be dumb, too young, or not wealthy enough to buy from them. I came in ready to spend thousands on an appliance, and I have done so in the past. Never again. I was told to my actual face that I was a waste of time. The salesperson was not even interested in showing me sizes, colors etc of the appliance I was looking for. Excellent customer service , very helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with the options available and I was able to find the product I needed at an affordable price.
Dan is a good salesman knows his products and has a very good way about him to make customers feel like doing business locally here in Ventura. I definitely will return to Reid’s!
