I was sold a lemon dryer by Reid's. They referred me to an appliance repair company that came out three times and could not fix the dryer. The repair people recommeded going back to the people who sold me the dryer (Reid's) and have them deal with the manufacturer. I have been having my clothes dried at a laundramat for two months! The owner is now involved, but there is still no plan to fix the situation or my machine. No responsibility taken and no resolution so far.

These are horrible people! They are rude on the phone. Put you on hold until you hang up!! They speak at you and not with you!!! Buy your appliances somewhere else!!! update to this review. PHONE HARASSMENT!!! THEY CALLED ME THREE TIMES EVEN THE OWNER. I HAVE THE EVIDENCE AND VOICE MAILS I AM PROVIDING TO YHE BETTER BUSINEES BUREU AND OTHER AGENCIES! THEY YRUED TO GET ME TO CHANGE THIS REVIEW!! PHONE HARASSMENT!!!!! ALSO SENDING TO THE POLICE!!!
Frank and Tim are the best. I will never go anywhere else but Reid’s Appliances in Ventura! They are so he most helpful and organized. My day got a lot better once I walked into the Store. Remember those two names Tim and Frank,
