I was sold a lemon dryer by Reid's. They referred me to an appliance repair company that came out four times and finally found an unfixable problem. The repair people recommeded going back to the people who sold me the dryer (Reid's) and have them deal with the manufacturer. It was an exhausting process made more difficult by Whirlpool only working with the customer to solve the problem. In the end i got a refund for the dryer and will just get rid of the washer.

I have done that and now Reid’s has told me a replacement dryer needs to come from the manufacturer Directly and “they will contact you tomorrow” which they never did!

The owner is now involved, but there is still no plan to fix the situation or my machine. No responsibility taken and no resolution so far.
