Janet was an excellent sales person who listened to our needs and then delivered on every count. The furniture purchased arrived on schedule was set up perfectly with no mess left behind. Couldn't ask for more. Everything we asked for and were promised came through. We highly recommend this team.
My daughter and I went to Reid’s to look at bedroom furniture for her. As we were looking I commented that I need a new mattress and the sales lady asked where I purchased mine from and I told her Reid’s. She looked up my original receipt and said I was in the 10 year warranty period and suggested I fill out a service claim. I did and lo and behold Beautyrest gave me a refund on my mattress! Excellent staff was able to show my wife and me several different items. She sold me on a better quality of product and is allowing me to hold the items in their warehouse until my contractor finishes the work on my house. This shows me that they are a well trained professionals and Reid’s are a caring company to there clients. Thanks.
