Reids cleaners does a great job on my laundry and I would give them five stars but for the fact, the people working at this location are subpar. Not friendly, not customer oriented. The latest issue I had was I was originally told my laundry would be ready on Monday however I received a text on Friday advising me that my laundry was now ready to be picked up. Took my suit jacket there. It took a second try to get a stain out but other than that, it was pretty good!
I had three white French Cuff shirts cleaned and starched A while back and just hung them in the closet. I needed one for a recent event and all three had extra stains I’ve never seen before. Something organic (leaf, maybe?) was put in one pocket and was pressed and starched in. Will never return. Time to spend an extra $300 on new shirts…….. pathetic
