I had three white French Cuff shirts cleaned and starched A while back and just hung them in the closet. I needed one for a recent event and all three had extra stains I’ve never seen before. Something organic (leaf, maybe?) was put in one pocket and was pressed and starched in. Will never return. Time to spend an extra $300 on new shirts…….. pathetic
Great and friendly service. Alex is always so kind and helpful whenever I drop off or pick up my dry cleaning.
I'm a very reasonable person and gave Reids several chances with my dry cleaning. They do not honor their commitment to when the clothes will be ready. The first time, I was notified on pickup that a couple items were not delivered. I travel often and needed the items for my trip. I had to drive to the Round Rock location to pickup my items that were not pressed. The second time, I received a call saying that 3 of the 10 items were not delivered.
