Very disappointed. The communication was terrible, inhad to call and get updates. The price ended up $900 more than I remember being quoted. Just disappointed overall. They do good work but are either too busy or understaffed.
The process from start to finish was fantastic. First, they asked why I brought my vehicle in, addressed that specific issue, and also ran a full diagnostic since it was their first time seeing my truck. I received a detailed report via text, complete with pictures and videos to explain the issues—which I really appreciated as a visual person!
