Went in for an apr tune on my vw, had an appointment and they got me right in at appointment time!! Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable!! Price was great and the entire process couldn’t have been better!! Will definitely be back in the future for more work
Very knowledgeable and half the price of the Porsche dealer. Been going there for 15 years and have had excellent experiences.
I took my wife’s Porsche to Reid Vann for a diagnosis. After waiting in the lobby for hours and eventually weeks after I left, I never received a clear diagnosis and ultimately had to take the car elsewhere to get the issue properly addressed. Very disappointing experience—felt like a waste of time and money. I expected better from a shop that specializes in luxury imports.
Reid Vann is supposedly a good alternative instead of going to the dealership but I highly recommended to please AVOID this shop, their ridiculous prices, and undertrained technicians. I appreciate the polite staff but the communication was lackluster and unfortunately had to be facilitated by me instead of the shop. Two days and nearly $600 later, both concerns I had were completely misdiagnosed (despite asking them to confirm this and be absolutely sure these were the issues).
